LC-MS Proteomics

C-CoMP will use EMBL - EBI’s Proteome Central repository to host raw and processed LC-MS proteomics data. Data are submitted to the ProteomeXchange ecosystem using the Proteomics Identifications Database (PRIDE). Processed data are also available in the Ocean Protein Portal.
