# LC-MS Proteomics

C-CoMP will use EMBL - EBI’s [Proteome Central](http://proteomecentral.proteomexchange.org/cgi/GetDataset) repository to host raw and processed LC-MS proteomics data. Data are submitted to the ProteomeXchange ecosystem using the [Proteomics Identifications Database](https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/) (PRIDE). Processed data are also available in the [Ocean Protein Portal](https://proteinportal.whoi.edu/).
